Heart Gold and Soul Silver

I think this game is gonna be a big hit.
I've already beaten the rom.But i think i'll buy Heartgold for my Ds just to have it.
But i think the names are stupid.Anyways they release in stores on March 14th.

What are they about and whats going to be so good about them?

They're second gen, it might let us relive our childhood years.

I remember when I was in 1st-2nd grade, almost everyone near my age had Pokemon G/S/C, and we would host our own tournaments. All I remember, though, was that I was the only one with a level 100(Pidgeot)..

It's too bad NO ONE my age likes Pokemon, at least where I live. So I might start avoiding it after HG/SS, starting to lose appeal to it..

But this game better be good. It does include both Johto and Kanto regions. It just needs to include that feeling of a REAL Pokemon game, like what G/S/C had. I think it was the colorful, pixelated graphics that made it have that feeling of a Pokemon game.

I never saw the point of Kanto in that game :/ it was 2nd gen so it sould be just Johto well thats my opinion but the next ones will be amazing since there wil be this new Pokethlon =D and lets not forget online battles so sky can relive his childhood =D

I remember battling my friend on crystal when i was in like 2nd grade, i accidently bumped the link cord out and the battle didn't freeze, nor did missingno come out, instead a trainer appeared and he had a dratini that knew hyper beam, and whenever you killed it, the dratini's health just stayed at 0 and he kept attacking, it was really weird.

Something like that happened once when I was playing with my buddy. He threw out a green pidgeot and apparently I was using a blue lugia. o_O It was weird but awesome.

Wow, you fail man.

I saw the perfect point in Kanto in that game. Johto and Kanto share the same Elite 4 and are on the same Island, like a Haiti and Dominican Republic thing. So it makes all the sense in the world to traverse between them. Personally I wish they'd make a huge Pokemon game spanning all the regions, and starting in the region of your choice. This remake will be my last pokemon game, it is a last bit of memories, and it should be much better. There should be added bonus things and stuff to enhance the storyline since the games can be made larger with the current technology on the handhelds.

yeah what you just said would be better making a wii/DS game with all regions but i still think it would of been better to make the E4 separate for those 2 regionswell i still can live with it that way tough XD


(PS: Any one who has a Squirtle up for trade i need one badly since its the only starter if not pokemon that i cant get and i dont wana restart my FR just tell me what u want in return i did use the Emerald Glitch to get some Legends so I can give one of those out so just PM me or opena new topic Wosh can always delete it later)
