2 Things on my mind that might help

To make Battleing more interesting against players maybe the winner could be announced to everyone so people could build a "reputation" maybe being known to win tons of battles or an easy victory lol.

Instead of a world chat possibly just a town chat. so ppl could conversate within the town alone. maybe its like that already not sure

oh yea nd maybe customization or your character. somthing simple like changing your hat and clothes color maybe even skin.

and if you put your cursor on another character somewhere it would show who that person is somewhere. so i wouldnt have to get next to him to find out who it is

Fint added the old double click feature to this version. Now you can find out the trainer's name, # of pokemon and average level # by double clicking

Its extremely convenient

I believe that the way the person looks is as far as it going to go. They are pesonalized in different colors depending on your name.

I could make a high score list in towns maybe?
But most of all, I think I should start working on the damn league.

Lol, Yeah a bulletin on what is happening will be pretty good.
You can post Announcements on it, Hidden Events, Rumors, Pokemon Locations for a hour or how many days for the league.
Just any useful information like guides, top trainers, Pokemon of the day, quotes. Fint word of the day. A lot of things can be made usefull with a bulletin. Maybe make the bulletin inside the inn so people can go there and talk about it or decipher secret riddles that are in the bulletin debate on the poll in the bulletin on why fire is better... Good idea.
