Question about brick break

Post by Samilator on Fri Apr 17, 2009 4:02 pm

Hey, I was wondering if brick break has 75 attack power all the time or only when breaking a barrier or reflect, because my golem with 155 attack stat can't even one-shot a level 29 ryhorn with it =S.

Edit: I saw someone else with a hitmonlee one-shot the same ryhorn with a hitmonlee with 120 attack, but he says it's special attack is 100, maybe that's the problem? Because as far as I know brick break's in the physical attack pool =)

Brick break has 75 attack power, all the time.
The side effect is that it removes protective barriers

Alright thanks, could you tell me if it's in the physical or special attack pool?

Because If it's supposed to be in the physical attack pool there could be a bug.
I tried using it with golem (who has high attack and low sp attack) and it didn't do much dmg, but when I tried it with charmeleon it one-shotted the thing( my charmeleon has high sp attack and low attack =P)

Hm. It says that Brick Break is a Physical thus needs High Attack power to make damage. So yeah, probably it was mixed up.

It is Physical, and there is no mix up.
Checked the code.
